Got experience and I think it’s not very well thought out because only one bathroom for every person to share in the new one in Kennedy centre. Lots of kids will have accidents if you get me!

Super fabulous time celebrating our son's 9th birthday. Brilliant space with great selection of gaming options, and other fun entertainment such as retro street fighter arcade game, tin can alley, air hockey, and more. Service and attendance to detail was magnificent, we had Hannah who was amazing, had everything covered and so good with helping with consoles and games we hadn't a clue about. Food very tasty. Wonderful time had by all and we would definitely recommend.

Brought my children in on Wednesday, was quite busy but expected that, wait wasn’t too long as staff were amazing and quick with everything, met Amy at the check in and she was lovely! Explained everything to us and made sure we got our table, met her again on the slide and I watched her help my youngest boy get onto the slide safely as he’s smaller for his age and there was a lot of children waiting for their go but she made sure he wasn’t getting pushed around and all the kids got down safely. Bathroom facilities were immaculate and the food was delish! There is clearly a lot of love and care from all the staff and it really shows! Big well done to all those involved 👏🏻👏🏻

Took my one year old on a Sunday afternoon. Place packed to the rafters which I expected given it’s a weekend. But the area for under 3’s needs monitored more closely by staff. A lot of older children in that area throwing large inflatable animals, one of which nearly hit my daughter on the head, balls being thrown everywhere & hitting younger children. I was on edge watching things flying through the air, which would have injured someone had they been hit with them. Running around and nearly trampling on babies crawling on the floor. It was chaotic & unsafe. My daughter was eating her food when 2 children climbed the rails surrounding the under 3 and nearly landed on our table. Parents should be monitoring their children more closely too but staff are there to ensure this type of thing doesn’t happen surely? Not be going back anytime soon.

We had our daughter's birthday party here today. Staff very helpful. Lovely cafe and seated area. Food was good and kids had a ball. Would definitely recommend.
