We held our son's 9th birthday party at Rock Reef on Bournemouth Pier and all the team we encountered from the front desk to the cafe were friendly and helpful. Special shout out to instructor, Scott. The kids enjoyed themselves and got a good amount of time climbing. We can recommend parking at BH2 and walking through the gardens to the pier. Only £4.50 for three hours.

My son really enjoyed the Ultimate Adventure experience, even though he found it quite a hard workout! 😁 his additional needs made it trickier as well, so it was great that the staff were all so friendly and clear. Shout out especially to Scott, who was with us most of the time- he was really patient and reassuring, and definitely made it easier for a nervous Mum too!

Very nice place.The kids had a great time. After all the fun, they were hungry, so we ordered food from the bar upstairs.

Took 2 x grandkids here one off the best things they did. Really liked it £20 For one and a half hours is great value, with a small seating area for spectators. Deffinatly recommend 👌

I first took my son to a birthday party in July 2025. My son has always been scared of heights, I thought he wouldn't take part. But the staff here are AMAZING! They gave him so much encouragement that he fell in love with climbing. After this, every time it rained and I asked "what would you like to do?" The answer was "RockReef!" He is now flying up the walls always being challenged by the staff. Today he had his 9th birthday party here, and all the kids had an amazing time. I have to mention Sofia who has been FANTASTIC! She has helped his confidence so much, and now races him up the walls. Anyone wondering if they should book, just do it! You won't regret it!
