Lovely local spot, quiet early on a Sunday morning (perhaps helped by last night's England match!). A little egret, a grey heron and a kingfisher were all seen as we strolled the paths. Will definitely come back again.

Wow excellent extracted coffee from Curtis at coffee cart on Mondays. He said they are awaiting council approval for extending their days. Definitely recommend his coffees, we had 2 each☕️👍

Oh my word what a hidden gem! Free car park, beautiful scenery, quiet walk, two parks for kids, a dog walking area and an on lead walk around the lakes. Sheer perfection.. my pup and I loved it!

Haven't got pictures of the whole reserve but it's such a beautiful place in winter and in the summer to have a stroll. Plenty to see when walking on your own, with family or just taking the dog/Dogs for a lovely long refreshing walk by the lake.
