Lovely park with lots of walking paths. Popular with dog walkers. Lots of colourful flowering bushes and trees in the Spring. Close to the White Cart River for a stroll along the banks.

This a lovely little park with a 9 hole disc golf course. It has multiple throwing pads, so that was nice. It went into the trees and had some lovely basket areas. Bring a disc golf family, being able to get out and play in Glasgow was a huge treat

I've given this 5☆ because it was a very unexpected green pocket of peace and tranquility in the middle of a busy concrete urban area. If you're looking for a well manicured popular walking area then maybe this wouldn't be your choice. Beautiful aged trees, wild areas, masses of wild flowers (Himalayan balsam is the purple flower in my pic). Earlier in the year, wild garlic carpets the woodland. Have you read The Secret Garden? I think I've found it. It's home to squirrels, jays, songbirds and more elusive wildlife too.

Nice place for a quick walk. There's so much beauty in the park to wander through such as with the caves, the pond, the beautiful trees, the mini castle etc. The caves can be rather slippy when it's been raining as with the path and stairs. Walking along the riverfront is a beautiful peaceful walk too. I really like the beauty and simplicity of this park.

Visited in mid May. Walking distance from Crookston train station on the Paisley canal line. Lovely flowers and fields full of wild garlic. Lovely photo opportunities. Good place for bird watching. Crookston castle is nearby. Nice place for spending an hour or two.
