Easily one of the best soft plays across Tyneside. So much fun to be had and not over priced even though it packs much more than others. Great fun for adults and children alike!

Far to expensive for what it is I took my two grandchildren one 4 one 9 and my 9 yr could not go into sensory area lady on gate was really stern im paying money I expect kids to use all soft play. I had to watch my 9 year old at gate until the little one played in the little buildings for 2 minutes.would not use again you also have to pay extra for golf and two seconds on bike things in there for the price id expect full use was never age restrictions on last time I was in and never ever been charged in other soft play to accompany my grandchildren in.Also the play area nothing in there broken dirty stuff it's hard if you have two kids aged 4 n 5 expect to be able to have kids play safe not leave one while other playing?stupid set up

During the week I have no problems with Round the Twist, my 18m old daughter loves it. However, this was our first Saturday and while I understand this is one of their busiest days - the lack of policing the ages of the "strictly" under 4 year old soft play area was so disappointing and made it pretty much unusable for my daughter due to the ball pit being full of 7-10 year old kids diving on top of each other, racing around and pushing past her. In my opinion, this area should be policed as well as the Twistville Area. You pay so much money for entry, food etc to be confined to a tiny area of the whole centre. Avoid on Saturdays if you have small children.

This is the best softplay I have been to with my daughter. She loves it here as there is no time limit unless they reach full capacity, so I can pick her up after nursery and stay there for the rest of the day. There are plenty of slides and different levels and plenty of seats too. It's great value for money and the food is great quality and there is quite a lot of choice for both kids and adults. Since finding this soft play I would rather go here than any other.
