Impressive how the sailors of old lived on the fighting, sailing ships, and the scale of renovations. Thoroughly recommend an annual ticket as too much to see in the historic Dockyards in one visit 👍🏻😀

The ticket price seems high but given the sheer volume of exibits along with historically knowledgeable 'cos play' ( sorry poor terminology) staff and knowledgeable staff in all sectors, the cost of the ticket is very good value.. The uniformed historical staff will talk as if they are living as though in that age... the information and stories are taken from real events Definatly give at least two to three days to explore any less you will miss a lot . Do be very aware Monday and Tuesday the explosion and Sumarine musium are closed so the connecting ferry is not operating also. Victory itself is under major restoration currently 2026 so Don.t to see in all its glory . Evenso highly recommend a visit and give at least three day clear of your year open ticket

Great ship but the experience was not. The exhibition was all about the battle of Trafalgar. I agree that the battle of Trafalgar is very important for the United Kingdom and for the history in general. But this doesn't have to prevent more explanation of the working and living on a ship in the late 18th century. Compared to the Mary Rose museum there is almost no explanation of the working conditions or functions during it's long years of service.

HMS Victory is truly iconic. I’ve seen it so many times on TV, and it felt incredible to finally step aboard in person! After the ticket check, you can pick up an audio guide and follow the route through the ship, which gives a clear picture of the Battle of Trafalgar and Admiral Nelson’s story. It even marks the exact spot where he fell. Standing on deck, imagining one of the most significant naval battles in history, is a truly special feeling. Huge thanks to the staff for their excellent preservation and restoration work!
