I can’t recommend Rug Rats and Half Pints in Cirencester highly enough. From the moment we joined, the whole team has been warm, welcoming, and so caring. A special thank you to Louise, the Manager, who runs the setting so smoothly and professionally — she’s always approachable, listens to any questions or concerns, and goes above and beyond to make sure every child feels safe, happy, and valued. The facilities are clean, bright, and well-equipped, and the activities are fun and educational. It’s clear the staff genuinely love what they do. Great communication, wonderful atmosphere, and peace of mind for parents. 10/10 we will be back soon!!

Amazing half term at rugrats today. Pizza making and 2 hours of air con play what more could you ask for. Oh and the option to have a gluten free pizza for my little coeliac and iced coffee for me. Staff were amazing very knowledgeable about allergens, tentative and constantly cleaning. No concerns on cross contamination

Absolutely brilliant- this is how to do a softplay center. Clean, expansive range of activities (all working) and lots of space. We had a great time and only wish we had something comparable back home at Mansfield.

5 stars definitely. My son loved it and so did we! There was so much to do and almost felt like we didn’t get to do everything in the 2 hr slot which is a good thing! Im not sure why there so many bad reviews about the price as we felt it was very reasonable especially as we went to another soft play and it was rubbish compared to this and was the same price! Defo will be back.

Is great place for kids, a lot difrent things to do. Slots is for two hours which is enough I believe. When you have your slot booked you have to come on the time, not earlier because first, everyone for previous slot need leave. I think is great place for kids birthday party. It is some rooms you can book for party as well. Also you can drink coffee and order some food.
