We had a laser tag party recently and it was such a great experience. Laura, who hosted it, was brilliant from start to finish. She made everything feel really organised but still fun, and the kids were instantly comfortable with her. What really stood out was how she remembered all the children’s names throughout the party—it made it feel really personal and special for them. She was also really calm and confident the whole time, including when a child unfortunately got injured. She dealt with it straight away in a very reassuring way and made sure everything was handled properly without it affecting the rest of the party. Overall, she made the whole thing run smoothly and took a lot of stress out of the day. Would definitely recommend.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the MK Safari team for making my daughter’s 4th birthday party so special. Everything was absolutely amazing, and I honestly cannot say a single negative thing. I requested quite a lot because I like things to be very well organised, so I was so happy that everything went perfectly. We truly had the best day celebrating. A special thank you to Kyrie in the office for listening carefully to all my requirements and making such a great handover to the chef regarding both the food and timings. Also, Princess Host Elsa was absolutely amazing. I understand yesterday was her last day, and I can honestly say you are losing a very valuable team member. She made the party extra special for all the children. I will also share a picture of my setup, as I requested to use my own decorations, paper trays, and cups instead of the provided ones. Thank you so much again for making this such a memorable and special day for us. We will definitely be returning in the future!

we have been coming here every week since jan and honestly so impressed! all tables are always clean, staff are so helpful and friendly and always monitoring play too. would like to especially credit the lady on entry as she is always so welcoming and bubbly! we were uninformed about booking with our play pass on weekends and staff were really helpful about this also. afternoon sessions are also great value having unlimited play when it’s quiet! very impressed ☺️

One of the best soft plays I have been too. We all enjoyed it so much. There's a lot to do there. There's a separate section for the babies and toddlers 4 years and under. A big section for the older kids. It's got a football pitch, cars, pretend play area with construction site, fire engine, Grocery shop, air hockey. My daughter really enjoyed the fire engine ans the construction site. There is a big orange wavy slide, a tunnel slide and a drop slide. There is plenty of seating space. The canteen has lovely food and the staff were nice. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to other people!

We had a laser tag party on Wednesday for my son’s 9th birthday, and our party organiser, Jade, was exceptional from start to finish. I didn’t have to chase her for a single thing — she had everything under control with such professionalism and kindness. The table was beautifully laid out with all the food and drinks, and she kept the squash and water topped up throughout without us ever needing to ask. She even cut the cake for all the guests and made sure every child was looked after. Jade hosted the party so smoothly that, for the first time ever, I was actually able to relax and enjoy the celebration. I cannot thank her enough. She truly deserves an employee recognition award if MK Safari has one, because her dedication and care really stood out. I highly recommend her, and I can’t wait to have my kids’ next party there again. Thank you so much, Jade!
