Visited this soft play with my son while waiting to collect family at the airport. Very convenient for that. My son loved this soft play. It is great for kids and very safe. Also the place is clean. Totally recommend it.

Very, very disappointed. The previous system worked perfectly, just as it does in many other soft plays. Now, without online booking, you have to turn up and hope for the best, potentially waiting over 30 minutes after making the trip. Why remove a system that benefited families? It feels like a complete disregard for your customers and their children. Since booking isn’t an option, we called ahead to check if it was busy. We were told it wasn’t. Yet when we arrived, we were informed there was a 30-minute wait due to capacity. This is incredibly frustrating and shows a lack of respect for customers’ time. We drove 20 minutes there, then had to drive 20 minutes back, wasting nearly an hour just because Edinburgh Leisure decided online booking was unnecessary. We weren’t the only ones and many other families were visibly upset and had to leave as well. And this was at 9:30 in the morning. Families need reliability, not unnecessary frustration.

Cleaner and more controlled than other soft plays we’ve visited. Really enjoyed our time with our toddler. Biggest baby area we’ve seen across the soft plays.

The pictures do not do this place justice! There are three separate play areas to allow space for younger children to play safely. They have a really nice cafe that means the adults can have a great coffee and snack while waiting. They have a very affordable kids lunch offer of under £5 per child. The play area comes across very clean and is well lit so that you’re able to see the children even from a distance. I’ve been to a few soft plays and find this one to be the best one yet.
