My daughter loves seals, so I decided to get her the seal feeding experience. She loved it; she’s watched them in the wild, but this is the first time she’s been up close and interacting with them. Michaela, who supervised her, was fantastic. The rest of sea life is also great to visit. The staff are very nice, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable.

Pricing seems to be created to aid peak times, great aquarium regardless and well worth a visit if you’re in the area! Off peak pricing would be a good idea in my opinion, as well as the ability to purchase tickets at the same price at the aquarium front desk.

A fantastic visit! It was a real highlight to see the Seal Hospital and learn about the rescue and rehabilitation work they do for the local Norfolk seals. Seeing the pups being cared for makes the visit feel really meaningful. The staff are clearly passionate and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend for any animal lover

The place is really great with welcoming staff, knowledgeable talks, and of course great wildlife to see such as otters, seals, axolotl, jellyfish, turtles, bearded dragons etc. It is however extremely expensive. Lunch in the cafe cost us £40 for 4 very simple meals, because as others told us "they never have a meal deal combination available". The tickets were £92 for 2 seniors, an adult and a child (booked online). I could justify that cost if it was for an annual pass, but without I don't think it's good value for money without already being a Merlin Annual Pass user. Again, I think the staff were great, the wildlife is lovely, and I'm glad we went as my daughter enjoyed it. But would I go back or recommend it? Probably not.

The sea life itself is a lovely facility but very quick to walk through with us being there only 1hr. For 2 of us it was £44. Interesting talks about penguins and getting to touch a starfish was very cool! And walking through the tunnel was a great experience.
