Absolutely fuming at this place. My son and his partner(both 19) visited with her 14yr old sister. They were turned away after being asked for ID by some woman. Who explained they ask for ID because there are families with children? Both of them produced ID but the woman was too busy whinging at them she didn’t even look at it! The way they’ve explained it to me I feel very much they’ve just assumed because they all teenagers they up to no good or can’t be trusted? They are so respectful and well mannered especially given their age and shouldn’t have to be tarred with the same brush as others when there is no legal reason whatsoever they could not enter the premises. There’s just no excuse for it.

AVOID!!! Went here recently with family and just wow! Was playing the ticket claw and pusher game and after £20 nothing was moving as could be seen as it was wedged on top of each other so nothing could push it along into the win zone. After notifying a member of staff the owner was called and that's where it begins! I was talked to like an idiot that that's how it plays. She then proceeds to walk to a 2p machine and say it works like this as if it isn't obvious. All this and yet she knows I've been plenty of times before and won a lot on this specific game! She then says someone will get a good win. Well no they won't as it's wedged and not moving! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Also played the quick drop before and there isn't enough balls to even play. The owner even said she doesn't know how it works when it's her equipment! Left and will be never be coming back here!

Great arcade games, great prizes, fab ice cream and lovely staff! Also loved how the staff were taking care to not spread nut allergies. Brilliant!
