We love this place. Come here with our Guide Dogs whenever we are in Swindon visiting family as it’s near to them. Our dogs can run around safely and we can walk around without having to worry about obstacles as these are essentially flipping great big fields and open space. Can be a bit muddy sometimes which was the case when we last visited on Christmas Day 2025. But, again, this is expected because…Fields. All in all: Lovely bit of nature and really accessible as the area is nice and flat and there are places to sit and rest etc.

This nature reserve is good for a walk. Squirrels, foxes and birds are present.

Has 7 fields to explore, there is a stream and also a wooded area. Small free gravel carpark but no cafe or toilets.

I cycle through here and it's a great place for walking and walking your dog and taking your kids.
