What an incredible afternoon, 4hrs of peace, just me and my wife enjoying nature aboard the 'Blue Dan' with a picnic. It was a birthday to remember, totally new to us and something we will certainly revisit! Tim was brilliant, enthusiastic and encouraging whilst also being insightful and helping us get the most out of our time on the water, his efforts genuinely helped us enjoy ourselves more and were greatly appreciated, thanks Tim! 🙌🏻😆

Beautifully relaxing day cruising from Upton toward Worcester with pretty much no-one else on the river! Perfect. Tim was also a great host, very entertaining with just the right amount of knowledge thrown in to keep us safe. Highly recommended!

We had a really fun time out on the river. The half day option was perfect for our toddler, my wife and I however, are now thinking we should become full time river people, we could have easily spent the day out. We were really nicely welcomed by Tim, he gave us all the info we needed and nothing we didn’t, took 5 minutes from introduction to being out on the river. Couldn’t recommend the experience highly enough.

A very hot day (32c) was made beautiful by the half day spent on Moorhen gently moving along the Severn. A very nice boat with space for five to relax “feet up”. Moorhen is well maintained and very clean. The welcome is effervescent, the instruction clear and concise. The experience from start to end was five star plus. I’ll be returning later in the year with more overseas visitors

What a fabulous experience we had! Upon arriving for our trip we were met by Tim, who was friendly and informative about our trip and gave clear safety advice. We then headed out towards Worcester on our boat Pippin and straight away saw Cormorant, Herons and Mandarin ducks. Beautiful scenery met us at every turn; the giant sandstone cliffs and little waterside campsites. We travelled upstream for a few hours and then returned, finding ourselves with enough time to continue past Upton-on-severn and saw fascinating industrial buildings and dredgers. What an incredible experience! We would thoroughly recommend using Severn Expeditions and will be returning for a longer trip at some point in the future.
