Visited for the first time yesterday. I don't tend to go for lane swimming as i am slow and not the most confident so went for the general swimming session. Was full of adults and teenagers messing around with balls and floats making swimming very difficult. Left early when someone fell off a large floating bed right on top of me, pushing me right under the water, which i really didn't appreciate. Needs to decide if it is a swimming pool or a facility for people to lounge and mess around with floats.

What a lovely way to start your morning. My first time today at the Lido I normally swim in Wiltshire indoors. Lifeguard very friendly explaining the layout of the pool and changing rooms etc.. Pool was very clean same for changing area. It's a shame it's a 30 min drive, so unable to make a regular occurance but will return.

Fantastic place. Pool is a lovely temperature; it's lovely and clean; and the staff are friendly - plus the lifeguards are on top of things, too. We don't mind the group changing areas, as it's an old building, but if that's something you're concerned about then wear a long t-shirt that day, etc.. My kids loved that the deep end was so crazy deep. You don't get that these days. Just wish it had parking, but we found somewhere easily on the road nearby.

Very nice pool to ease the summer season in a centric location! The limited capacity per time slot made it not crowded which was really nice! The water temperature was ideal. Very clean.

What a hidden gem! To be fair, it's easy to miss this outdoor pool, as it's fully enclosed on all sides with buildings, down an alley way. Free parking nearby at Barton Hill car park. Book online via their website as spaces are limited to 16 per lane swimming session. Pool is heated to around 29° during the summer season, and there is an extensive timetable. Staff were friendly and the manager went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Male and female changing rooms (not individual cubicles) were warm and clean. Poolside warm showers and lockers (£1 refundable). The pool regulars were really welcoming and like a chat. We'll be back ☺️
