This is a brilliant place to visit, it's spread out you can spend hours exploring. There are 3 coffee shops, Visitors Centre, Lodge and Nutbrook all have friendly staff and a good selection of drinks. It's worth a visit.

Used to be a really lovely place but the council has let it fall into disrepair. Majority of the play equipment is missing items making most parts of it unusable. Not to mention the amount of rubbish that is scattered over the park. The walks are still pretty but the council seem to care more about making a quick buck than maintaining it

Excellent place. Magnificent scenery. Lots of footpaths to explore and walk miles and miles and miles. Lakes ,streams,brooks etc. Wide open pastures. Woodlands. A lovely little visitor centre selling the usual ‘craft’ stuff ,snacks and light refreshment. Car park a bit expensive.£3.50 for 3 hours!
