I had my son’s 10th birthday party here, and from the moment I’d booked the party all I felt I had to do was turn up and enjoy the experience. The kids were really excited about it, but their high expectations were totally exceeded. The staff (especially our host Becky) were so warm and high energy from the moment the kids arrived, until the moment we left. They were looked after and had fun the whole time, and encouraged to work as a team during the whole game so no child felt left out. The kids came out buzzing and couldn’t stop talking about it, we will definitely be back again. Thank you!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! What an awful company to deal with. My son had a part in January, booked and paid for in full in OCTOBER! i paid £16 per child and booked for a group of 11, unfortunately 3 children couldn't make it so i cancelled and as per their policy if you cancel within 7 days of the party they refund for those children. my calculation this should have been £48 took several emails and numerous excuses telling me their payment system had issues etc etc ect what a load of rubbish. As soon as i emailed this morning threatening with a 1 star review they refund me in minutes! I thought thank goodness this headache is over, but to my surprise the refund amount was wrong! only £36, this is the price for a NOW party NOT what i paid for back in October! I wait for my further refund of £12, which if i haven't received by the end of play today i will open a dispute with my credit card company. The place was dirty and cold!!!

Avoid! Place is dirty, poorly maintained and staff are overwhelmed. The guy leading our group was trying his best but wasn't the right person to be doing that role. He was complaining to his boss he'd not had his lunch when we started then as we came out of the last bit of the experience he clocked his boss, complained again about his lunch then just shot off without a bye or anything to us. All a bit strange but did make us laugh. We'd been polite going round so I don't think it was us...he just really wanted his lunch, and to be fair it was mid afternoon but management should ensure they have enough staff working to give them their breaks. The challenges were all pretty dull and didn't take a lot of working out. Some challenges were repetitive and went on for too long. My 12 and 8 year old really weren't impressed. The whole experience was quite entertaining and amusing but not for the right reasons, but we made the best of it. I would save your money and avoid.

Joint birthday party here today (Chelmsford) and 24 x very happy 8/9 year olds! Staff were fantastic and really helpful. Children had a great time - most never done an escape room before so novelty factor was high. Eating timings after the escape room is generous but we filled the time with cake, party bags etc. Recommended for parties.

Family fun mission that was thoroughly enjoyed by all! On arrival we was greeted with a pleasant smile and introduced to Sofie our mission rep, extremely impressed with her clear messages and assistance she provided to our children. Mission was completed in and number of rooms with different tasks. Would definitely recommend!
