Not very flexible staff. The table covers also need changing, as they look worn and could be cleaner.

My son recently had a birthday here. He absolutely loved it, however I wasn't impressed. The lady going round with them looked like she didn't want to be there. There was a lack of customer service from the staff, the food was undercooked fries, yet burnt pizza slices. I atleast thought the children would get a certificate at the end to say they completed the mission, but nothing.

This was a superb attraction to experience, where the staff checked us in early and allowing for extra waiting time! The mission follows helping save a ship that is being hacked and features driving of this ship in the first stage, where the right buttons have to be pressed also. Missions include tasks like walking above the floor and finding code combos, score is shown at the end too!

We went to the birthday party. Seems a bit crowded at the table, but most importantly, kids enjoyed their spy mission. It's also not easy to find. If you do go, look for TKMax ,it's near there.

My 8 year old had his birthday party here yesterday, and it was a truly brilliant experience. The kids were all super excited, and they went into their mission, giving me an hour of peace whilst waiting for their return. Parents were all able to go off and enjoy their time, too, due to the location. When the children came out an hour later, food was quickly served, and they were buzzing with stories from their adventure. I think this was the smoothest party I've run for any of my children as everything was organised very well. The staff were brilliant and super friendly throughout - wonderful customer service and good nature with the children. If I were to offer one criticism, it is that the waiting area could ideally do with a bit more space for children to run around and enjoy themselves when not in the mission.
