The food was OK and the staff were nice that's what stopped me giving 1 star... Mains was explained that there was a wait on and that was fine we chose to stay. The fact deserts took over 40 minutes to come out to us is a joke. One desert come out 20 minutes before the rest so it meant one person out of the 7 of us was eating alone. Twice we went to ask how long it would be. Absolutely poor.

I booked my 4 year old's birthday party at Wacky Warehouse - Sir Jack's. 10/10. Other parents have mentioned that it was great and that they will be booking a party for their children too. Carrie-Ann and Daisy were our party hosts and are fab! They prepared all of the party bags in advance and walked me through the plans for the day. They were amazing with the kids, entertaining them and keeping everyone happy - nothing was too much trouble! The staff at all stages of booking were always friendly, helpful and are easily contactable via Facebook Messenger. I appreciated the tip that I could book out the entire soft play if needed.

The restaurant is lovely, and looks especially nice after a revamp - its second or third in recent years. The play equipment however is old, tired and has been there for decades - it is being held together by lots of tape, feels grubby and worn and there is lots of black mould growing on the ceiling in one section. It doesn’t feel like a nice place to take a child.

We visited today and wacky warehouse was very busy due to it being school holidays. We were greeted by Wendy who was fabulous and despite us not booking, she managed to find us a table and seat us promptly. The children had lots of fun and we were also served by Abi who took our food orders and checked all was well throughout our stay. The staff were busy at all times but still managed to give personalised service and the food was also delicious. We had a great time.

My husband and I had a truly gorgeous meal at Sir Jacks on Saturday evening. The ambience and beautifully decorated surroundings were just perfect. We enjoyed it so much so that we returned for ultimate breakfast and a very welcoming Cappucino & Latte which were lovely. Staff, on both occasions were welcoming and friendly. Nowt was a bother! Highly recommend Sir Jacks .. we will be back 😋
