A lovely big area with various paths through it to different parts. They go along both sides of the river with seating provided. There is also a big children's park area and picnic tables. The complete area is flat with room for prams and wheel chairs.

A great park which is really well maintained. You can take the path which loops around the edge of the park, or take the middle path and walk along the tree lined avenue. If you want to add some distance, you can follow the river path under Main Street bridge and cut across to the beautiful War Memorial Park, or loop up into one of the Town’s great coffee shops. Winter or summer this is a good spot for fairly level walk.

Lovely flat park, well kept and family friendly. Great Play park within it too. Ducks, swans, birds...lots to see too
