Yet again, another 30 minute Senior Swim session removed from the timetable to make way for more family swim sessions. Senior swim sessions are already under represented on the timetable, both in the length of the session you're allowed in the pool, as well as the frequency through the week. Family swim sessions continue to be generously represented on the timetable, week on week. The Senior Swims are the first to be removed when the school holidays come around. The numbers actually booked for this particular more important family session look low, so what was the point of that really? You ask for input from your users through surveys, yet take no notice of our comments. Consider all your customers please, as the majority of us are paying for something you're not always providing. Sport should be inclusive. That includes us older facility users who seek out the calmer, quieter sessions.

Nice leisure centre, clean and tidy. Only drawback is that it doesn't take cash and you have to pre-book for swimming.

My only real gripe with this leisure centre is when checking in for a class already booked you scan your membership card ( which beeps) to say you’ve checked in only to find the following day you have been fined for non attendance. Then you have to go through the rigmarole of either calling into the leisure centre or phoning(which goes through to head office) to get it sorted. This happens so many times and is ongoing. Their excuse is technical difficulties all the time. Can’t fault most staff who are really helpful and good classes.

Lovely big pool, nice staff, clean changing rooms, up keep.of pool and surroundings are great, small slide area great for young children. Only down side is big pool is cold.

Visited Sleaford Leisure Centre and was genuinely shocked by how the on duty manager lady spoke to me. She was condescending, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional in front of other customers. I asked a simple question about the sauna and steam room pricing, which has been shown on their website before, and instead of giving a clear answer she dismissed me and spoke down to me. A manager should set the standard, not behave like this toward a customer. Really disappointing and unacceptable experience.
