We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Snakes and Ladders! The whole day was incredibly well organized, and the staff were brilliant throughout. A special thank you to Maria, our host for the day. She looked after us so well and guided us smoothly through the party without ever making us feel rushed. The room was spotless, the food was great, and the music system worked perfectly. Everything ran seamlessly, and the children had a wonderful time, 21 very happy kids and a parent each! This was for a 5th birthday party, and we couldn't be more pleased. We’re certain we’ll be back for future celebrations. Highly recommended!
Snakes and Ladders certainly held up to their booking standards which was faultless while I wanted them to host a party for my 6 year olds birthday. Ellie was on hand on the day and was great at explaining everything we needed to know. Payment for extras was easy, the place was clean and everyone was friendly. We opted for the disco room for approx. 13 6 year olds (plenty of private space), they all had a blast, danced with great music and the food was on time. Overall great experience for the first time visiting Snakes and Ladders. Car park is a 5 mins walk, but thats nothing major. They have a kids park outside which is great fun to burn off a little more steam for the little ones. Would recommend a return visit. Thanks
Snakes and Ladders is a great place for kids to have fun and burn off energy! The indoor and outdoor play areas, the staff are friendly and attentive, making sure the kids are happy and safe. My little ones loved the play structures, ball pits, and activities. It's a perfect spot for birthday parties or just a rainy day playdate. Highly recommend!
Snakes and Ladders at Syon Park is designed to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for children to play and explore. The soft play area features a variety of climbing frames, ball pits, and slides, catering to different age groups, which ensures that both toddlers and older children can find something to enjoy. We loved the vibrant decor and playful design of the space, creating an immersive atmosphere that sparks children's imaginations. For parents, there are comfortable seating areas where you can keep an eye on the kids while relaxing. The café within the play centre offers a selection of healthy snacks, meals, and beverages, making it convenient for families to enjoy a meal without having to leave the venue. Also, operating a buzzer system notifying you once your food is ready to pick up. Safety is a top priority at Snakes and Ladders, with regular cleaning and maintenance of the play equipment (closing for a deep clean at times of the day). Staff members are always on hand to assist and ensure that children are playing safely. Moreover, the location at Syon Park adds an extra layer of appeal. After a fun-filled session of play, families can explore the beautiful park grounds, which include gardens, walking paths, and picnic areas, making it a perfect day out. Overall, Snakes and Ladders is more than just a play area; it’s a complete family experience that combines fun, safety, and convenience in a beautiful setting. Whether you're looking for a place to celebrate a birthday or just a fun outing, it’s definitely worth a visit!
One of children's favourite indoor playgrounds. There are also an outdoor playground, and a football pitch. There are 5 party rooms with different theme/interior design. There's a cafe there. If you book a party for 2 hours, the kids will play for 1.5 hours, and then the last 30 minutes they'll gather in the party room to eat, and blow the candle. If you come by public transportation, it's better to stop at Brent Lea Bus Stop, not Syon Park Bus Stop. The direction from the google maps wasn't accurate so we had to ask some people where the place it. Toilets for customers are available.
