Really nice setting, easy walks, plenty of parking. My only gripe is the car park machine, parking is just £1 for a car all day, however, if you haven't the correct change then there is no other way to pay (by card/text etc) Sort this and I would definitely give it 5 stars 🌟

What a stunning hidden gem, perfect for a frosty winters day stroll, its practically empty during weekdays in the colder months & you can hike for hours upon hours, selecting from multiple paths & adventures. Wildlife galore but if you go in wetter weather, take hiking boots or wellies, if you go in slip ons or regular trainers, you only have yourself to blame for when you get stuck 😉

Decided to give this a go, but muddy as expected for this time of year, but lovely walk with babbling streams and sun streaming through the trees. Would recommend, there are benches around the trail so could have picknick too.

Nice area to explore on foot. There are three walking trails, of varying lengths, which are clearly signposted. There is a good variety of wildlife habitats, with plenty of wildlife to spot. Ample car parking, cheap to park (cars £1 all day). Don't forget to make a note of the car park closing time to avoid having your vehicle locked in!

Lovely place for a good walk. Slightly muddy in places but given the recent weather not surprising. Trail signs could be a bit better, along with signs to car park, glad we weren't the only ones to get lost 🤪. Parking only £1 for cars all day, cash only. Wonderful place to visit and nice for the dog to have a paddle 🐶
