I came here with a large group of kids to do sledging. Overall the kids had fun despite many struggled with the temperature but few things that are very important you need to make sure of before you come. Waterproof gloves. Waterproof clothing top and bottom. Appropriate waterproof footwear. Warm clothes as its about minus 5 degrees. They provide helmet. Access is easy even with wheelchair. Parking readily available right at front. Many food choices within 6 to 7 minutes walk. The place itself sells really nice tasting pizzas. They also sell gloves if you don't have them. Small child gloves cost £16. Knocked off one star as there was no lift type option for sledging side so kids had to use so much energy to climb up the steep ramp to have another slide. The skiing section does have this lift operating fully unlike sledging side. This would be a game changer especially for kids and especially if you book 2 sessions like we did. I actually think now we've been one session is enough.

Had an amazing snowboarding lesson with Tony. He was absolutely fantastic and eased any nerves I had going into the experience- he is a credit to this establishment! I cant wait to go back and have another lesson with him- highly highly reccomend! Facilities are great and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Excellent service by Charan and Jonathan. The former teaching my son for his first time and the latter myself and my wife. Passionate teachers indeed , a personal thank you to both for some amazing service. My older son and bil also joined us for the morning and we were there for the day. To be honest I wasn't sure if skiing would be for me but it was a great first try. We have booked in again. Not any real complaints from us , maybe where the kids/teens try to push in the queue for the lift back up could be monitored but otherwise 👍
