Don't waste your time! The policy about socks is an absolute joke!! Why on earth is it any different as long as you've got the correct socks on no matter which ones! The staff don't know what to do when you question them about it, because they know they're ripping people off! There's plenty of places better than this, so spend your money elsewhere!

It was the worst organized birthday party we have been to in recent years. Rude staff, not at all interested in the children having a good time. The food was disgusting and the children didn't want to eat it. It's hard to believe how indifferent people can be...

Today we celebrated my daughter’s birthday at this place. It was the worst place and the worst £200+ I have ever spent in my life!! Not only were we told to arrive 30 minutes before the party, but they waited until the very last moment to let the children onto the trampolines, while the parents had to wait in an unheated area where everyone was freezing cold. Secondly, the birthday room was extremely shabby, dirty, and not decorated at all for the birthday child. The staff were rude and unfriendly, never asking if we needed anything. When my child wanted to jump again on an attraction that had to be turned on by a staff member, he just rolled his eyes and said, “Here again.” I had the strong impression that we were being talked about and laughed at. The food was disgusting — the pizza was terrible and the children didn’t want to eat it. At the end, they didn’t even have a lighter to light the birthday cake. My husband had to drive to a shop to buy one because there was no way to light the candles! That’s a joke. To make matters worse, my daughter — the birthday girl — did not receive the free entry pass that was included in the birthday package. On top of that, we were told to leave as quickly as possible. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR, I WOULD. They don’t even deserve one. A total joke!!!

The kids really loved it here, straight in so no waiting, us parents watched from the balcony with a nice hot mocha. The staff were great, my daughter even had a great game of tig with a member of staff there. Highly recommend, my children can't wait to come back.

Great staff/receptionist, helpful and friendly and 3 year old really enjoyed herself. If you can get out of the foam pit or off the inflatable crash mat without looking like a beaches whale then please let me know how to do it!!!
