Great customer service in advance of the visit. We did the Goat Experience, which was lots of fun taking the 2 pygmy goats for a walk around the farm. Our guide, Ellen, was so welcoming and informative whilst also not intrusive. Overall the farm is very relaxed and there is a lovely mix between animals and activities. All of the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. We are already planning our return visit.

The best children’s visit in the area! Staff are amazing, the animals are well looked after and really accessible to the children. Little Farmers, children’s “club”, is awesome! Cannot rate it highly enough!

Friendly welcoming very approachable Visit with 2 disabled people one in a wheelchair Both had a wonderful time and felt thoroughly included and involved. Staff kindly let us handle a snake as i told them thst was our special interest. The guest in the wheelchair had never touched a snake before and did not think he could do that, but thanks to staffs kind encouragement he did so and absolutely loved it. He had also never bottle fed lambs before and this too was a huge success.

Lovely farm with many cute animals. Nice to have a slow stroll and enjoy the surroundings and interact with the animals. We had a bunny experience where we could pet and feed the bunnies and it was very cute. The staff are friendly and lovely, answered any questions we had and made the experience very enjoyable. Highly recommend for a nice afternoon out supporting a local business!
