Came here with my kids for a couple of hours, they loved it and the wacky worker named Layla was lovely towards my children, she was very polite when my children asked for a slushie. She was very helpful. Will definitely come back again

Not very clean!The kids soft play area looks like never has been cleaned. Toooo much dust all around when you walk in.Toilets not working for more than 3 months!Staff very helpful and friendly though.People are choosing to go there as not many choices in Portsmouth but many agreeing about the bad hygiene.

We had a birthday party here and it was absolutely amazing! Lisa, who looked after our party, was incredible — so kind, organised, and genuinely helpful with everything from start to finish. She took care of every detail, which meant I could actually enjoy the party, spend time with our guests, and even sit down for a coffee — something I never usually get to do at parties! The whole experience was completely stress-free — just pure joy. The space is great, the kids loved it, the food was lovely, and having the party bags all sorted was such a bonus. It was truly worth it, and I will definitely be booking again next year. Highly recommend! 😊

My little girl loves it here. One of her favourite places to go. Especially when her favourite worker is in Lisa. Lisa makes my little girl feel welcome she always interacts with the kids and makes them smile. Definitely recommend bringing your little ones here for lots of fun and burn of some energy. X

I recently had a party here, unsatisfactory conditions, toilets in the children's area not working, poor service, cake served on napkins instead of plates, children's food left almost untouched. And the birthday cakes weren't refrigerated. I ordered some chicken wings, where half a lemon would have been ideal. In short, I do not recommend this place!
