Really run down, looks old and worn with tape everywhere to patch things up. Awfully hot in the summer, and freezing in the winter. Not much for toddlers, there were no cars for the toddler car area, and the ball pit had all the older kids in. Only benefit is free parking - wouldn't return.

A good soft-play, but the go karts and zip line are never open when we come. The staff are friendly, the food is great, but closures of the additional play areas can make the play frame and ball game area very busy when at capacity.

As the name suggests, a huge soft play centre, located in the industrial area of Hitchin. The main rig is tall - perhaps unnervingly so: expect your kid to be out of sight for some time, only to emerge somewhere near the top, 10 metres above you! There is a somewhat more sedate section for under-twos, plus a fun little go-kart circuit (£2 per play, so bring coins). Food is adequate, and the menu is decently sized. Staff are very competent. On weekends and holidays, the car park gets full quickly.

These types of places are always a bit too wild for me 😆 but my child loved it and she had a lot of fun. To me that’s the most important thing. I was pleasantly surprised by the food however nachos was a really bad choice lol 😂 everything else was very tasty. Coffee and tea is also really good 👍 It’s a great place for kids.

20.10.2023 Came on Sunday late afternoon 4-6pm for a 7 year old's party. £15 for 5 year old, £3 for a 2 year old had to pay for the siblings as they weren't on the guest list. I assume the £15 is for most of the day, AM or PM session? Must be London prices. Huge 3 level play area with toddler and younger children areas. Zip wire out of order. Food available but service is quite slow.
