- Hi Spin Pottery, I had a voucher I hadn’t yet used, and about two weeks before it was due to expire I reached out to arrange a booking. It generally took around a week for you to reply, and the dates you offered weren’t suitable. What I now realise is that this delay effectively pushed things past the expiry date. After that, I was simply told my voucher had expired and wouldn’t be honoured. That feels very disappointing — as though time was just being spun out until the voucher lapsed. I wanted to flag this because it’s left a really sour impression. Stephen

Increased my initial score from 2 to 4. Previous low score was due to not being able to get anyone on the phone to collect my pottery and book my new session. I went into the store and found out their phone isn't working. They are trying to resolve it. Staff were friendly and sorted out my next booking pronto. Previously went for pottery painting with a friend. Was a lovely relaxing atmosphere and the staff were warm and friendly. Looking forward to trying the wheel next time.

We booked Spin pottery at the hidden lane, Finnieston to get our baby daughter's foot and handprints in clay. We had a fabulous experience, the staff were so lovely and really accommodating as the baby needed to be changed and wasn't the most cooperative getting her hand prints taken but they were so patient and gentle with her. It was a really lovely family day out and will provide us with a cherished keepsake forever from when our wee girl was so tiny and new Id thoroughly recommend and will definitely return to try the pottery with my mum and sisters.

Using the potting wheel was great fun, and the instructor herself was delightful, but we felt the intro class wasn't great value even though we had a voucher. We were even more gobsmacked when we heard how much the other couple who joined us were asked to pay at "full rates". In fairness to Spin Pottery they were short staffed due to illness, but the class started late, and then finished well before the specified 60 mins. Also the toilet was blocked, the sink was minute, and there was nowhere to dry your hands. Hopefully this was just a bad week but overall it was a slightly disappointing experience for the price.

What an amazing experience. Leah was a wonderful teacher - hugely patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I managed to create a number of dishes in my hour's 1-1 lesson and I must say I was extremely pleased with my work. I would highly recommend an hour's beginner class, but would also suggest that this would be a fantastic activity for a group of friends or colleagues. 10/10!!!
