Explore 15.7 acres of grassland with play areas, sports facilities, and outdoor gym in this award-winning Rainham park.

Spring Farm Park is a 15.7-acre green space in Rainham that offers families a diverse range of outdoor activities and facilities. The park features a well-maintained play area with equipment suitable for various age groups, located in the northeast corner within a fenced enclosure. The refurbished play area, updated in 2008, provides safe recreational opportunities for children. Beyond play, Spring Farm Park caters to active families with an outdoor gym, multi-use games area, and seasonal sports facilities. The central grassland is marked for football during winter months and cricket during summer, while dedicated tennis courts serve the community. The park's hard surface paths ensure year-round accessibility around the perimeter, connecting visitors to all major facilities. The park has earned recognition for its environmental stewardship, receiving a Silver Gilt Award in 'Large Park of the Year' at London in Bloom 2019. Its wildflower meadow and native species planting on the southern side create natural habitats alongside formal recreational spaces. Spring Farm Park is dog-friendly and free to enter, making it an accessible destination for families of all ages. With multiple entrances on Maclennan Avenue, Lambs Lane, and Acer Avenue, plus convenient public transport links via buses 165 and 287, the park welcomes visitors from 8am until dusk.

First time visited today. Loved it. Big basketball/football enclosure, kids playground very spacious and is suitable for most ages. Outdoor gym. Downside to me was that there was a lot of rubbish at the entrance to the basketball/football enclosure, glass bottles was my main concern. I think few more waste bins in those areas would minimize the dangers of broken glass and pollution. But overall experience is satisfying. Thank you everyone who was involved in creating this lovely place. Well done.

A beautifully crafted maintained park with man key features including Children's Play Area, Outdoor Gym, Basketball Court, Tennis Courts, Football and Cricket Pitches, Changing Rooms, Wildflower Area. It has three entrances. A Concrete Path surrounding the green area can be used to jog, run, walk! Fitness equipments are placed at distance to use while walking, jogging or running. Even though there aren't any dedicated parking areas for the Park, there are some marked bays available without an restrictions - anyone can park on these bays.

Lovely little park, secluded and quiet (most times!) it has some nice open areas and a children's play area which has swings and other play toys. It is also home to Rainham cricket club. Not one of the famous cricket teams but it has a little club house and nets. Good for walking dog and jogging or just to get a bit of fresh air..it also has tennis courts!

Lovely park, good quality play area with a large playing field. Also the home of Rainham Cricket Club so often training nights and activities in the summer which are free to join in. At the weekends the bar is open which is a lovely way to spend a warm summer afternoon/evening.
