Inlive very near sadly half equipment has gone due to building works ,will be new in a year or 2 i think! Park is rubbish but good for football/and basketball court

A nice recreational ground. Good for toddlers, children and adults. Large football field. Restricted play area which helps children not run out of adult monitoring easily

This is one of my favourite places, you get to meet people and chat to them, the open space is great. However you wont feel the same when they put the new buildings up 😪😪😪😪

Lovely rec, nice green open space for the children to play on. Well kept lawn and no litter

It's a little bit of countryside in suburbia. But it is being threatened by the local Labour party with being built on and having a 6, 5, 4 and 2/3 storey blocks looming over it. Please see Facebook page 'Friends of St Albans Road rec' and and sign petition to make your voice felt against building.
