Arrived expecting there to be plenty of room to swim as they stated only 2 lanes open. When we arrived we found 4 lanes open and no place to swim as it was crammed with people who had no space due to the leisure centre posting inaccurate information. The water temp was way below advertised, tested on an Apple Watch. Overall I’m still hugely disappointed with the facility. Thankfully the reception staff are bang on and really nice people.

Unfortunately, my experience was not great. The facility feels neglected — in places it is simply not very clean, and the squash courts are noticeably worn and do not seem to be maintained or repaired in a timely manner. The biggest issue, however, is communication. Getting through by phone is extremely difficult, as calls are rarely answered. It’s a shame because with better maintenance and customer service, this place could have much more potential.

Absolutely disgusting how all classes have been cancelled now on a weekend, with 2 days notice , my daughters teacher was in tears talking to us today , go to reception and they do not help at all. My daughter has been with this teacher since stage 1, they have a brilliant relationship, my daughter trusts her completely, has anxiety about going in the water and her teacher has helped her so much with this. There are spaces in a class available in the week with the same teacher yet I cant book on, cant put her on a list yet a different teacher reserve her grandchildren spaces for her class?(said in front of 2 reception staff!!) Absolutely appalling.

Swimming lessons and lasses are great. The staff in general are really friendly and professional. Problems are quickly rectified. The only downside is the changing rooms and disabled toilets are not very clean. There is also regularly a struggle to find somewhere to sit and observe swimming lessons downstairs.
