I am a club member and drive trains on public running days. Pleased to see all the great reviews. We aim to provide an interesting, safe and fun experience for adults and children alike (and for ourselves too!). Please note that while the park is open 24 hours, our public trains normally run on Easter Sunday, and then on the 4th Sunday each month until October, from 1 to 5 p.m. (4 p.m. in October). I love coming here for my runs,this garden is peaceful and perfect for outdoor workouts, especially since there’s no proper gym nearby. The Staines Society of Model Engineers Miniature Railway adds a unique charm to the place. A hidden gem!

The trains only operate on certain days and young children love them. They pull ride on carriages along a small loop and a ride is reasonably priced. I think the dates are posted online and it's well worth a visit.

Great tourist point. A good size track which runs each month during spring to autumn. Nice collection of steam and electric trains. The members are really nice.
