Lovely garden centre with a large selection of house plants and garden plants. They also have a lovely large cafe with plenty of seating. A great selection of different gift ideas. It's always worth a visit and walk around. You won't be disappointed.

The plants available to purchase are amazing. There is great choice and they are healthy and grow really well. There is an array of gardening needs as well us beautiful unusual gifts and clothing. There is also an excellent restaurant with teas and lunches available, a farm shop and lovely walks as well as Stanstead house to explore.

A great place to walk (with dogs too). Just the wind in the trees and birds to listen too. Bluebells are good this year.

Beautiful walk around the grounds at this lovely estate, especially to view the flowers in bloom and of course to visit the farm shop and pop into the garden centre. It really has become a nice destination for a few hours out or even longer if you want to walk around the vast grounds before a tea and cake.

We visited the park, the forest, enjoyed the tea room and bought ticket to the actual property. Tea room is lovely. Nice staff and good environment to enjoy the food. The volunteers in the house are extremely enthusiastic about the history of the building. Lovely people to tell us all the information and show us around. Did you know that the lift in the building was originally manufactured for the Titanic, but at the end they didn't need that so it ended up here! Still in working condition. For the forest walk you might want to bring wellies. What a lovely loop we completed around the private estate!
