Had an absolutely lovely experience on Saturday for my little boy’s birthday party! Kristie went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. It was really busy and she was rushed off her feet but she was attentive. Brilliant experience, amazing value for money and I’ll definitely be booking for a party again x

Ashleigh and Kristy were very helpful with the children and while ordering are breakfast with Santa. And I must say Santa was great spending a lot of time with the kids and playing in the soft play area with them I would highly recommend the story book. Santa even made time to speak to all the teens and adults in the play area thank you for a wonderful morning

Absolutely brilliant soft play come here all the time with my son Ruben.. Staff are well mannered always there to help if needed. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else but The wackey ware house. First time comin to the Halloween party and I will definitely be returning next year… Well done to all staff 😀
