Went for a car show but went straight to the museum, was very interesting to look around and see all the demonstrations

A lovely collection of steam engines, tractors beam engine and assorted memorabilia well worth a visit and it's housed in a clean and very accessible building, with lovely staff who are incredibly helpful. There are also free rides included with your entrance fee. An excellent couple of hours, and a coffee from the small 'tea room' definitely worth a visit

What a beautiful lovely little Museum on a stunning estate. My son loves trains especially steam engines. So decided to visit this place. Its in the middle of rural Norfolk. When we arrived we were greeted by some friendly staff who were setting up and starting up the engines. We had some hot drinks and browsed the gift shop. The organ music gives it a great atmosphere. There's lots to look at and things to read, lots of old steam engines working, and lots of tractors. There's also some original carousels. Lots of thought and effort has gone into this place. The staff there are very helpful and friendly. We got a ride on the train around the estate, and chatted to the lovely guy who drove it. We were the only people there, so I hope it gets busier, they deserve to be. But we were early. We will return with my partner who'd like it here also.

What a wonderful museum. Admire the complexity of once state of the art traction engines, the agricultural advances of tractors on display, take a step back to Victorian England with travelling carnivals and organ music or simply get hypnotised by the tranquil movements of the beam engines. Staffed by incredibly friendly volunteers with a real passion and knowledge for their museum. We had some really insightful conversations and all of our questions expertly answered with real world insight. The passion of the volunteers really rubs off on you. Fingers crossed for another visit.

What a great little steam museum. There were lots of interactive things for children to do and two fair ground rides to go on, at a small extra cost. The volunteers were all very helpful and keen to share their knowledge. There was a little train ride included which was fun. They are only open on Sundays and Bank holidays. They also have a quiet looking campsite too.
