I truly cannot rate this place highly enough. If there were an opportunity to give more stars I would! I adore the room Rob the Bank - it's so clever and interactive. I have done it several times (after the first occasion, I sat back and enjoyed watching family members trying to work out the tasks) and have encouraged so many different people to go and play it. One of the funniest was when my sons football team went as a team building task. Myself and another parent were fortunate enough to be allowed to watch them play from the games masters room which was hilarious. Very friendly staff.

Me and my 2 kids (9 and 13) did a 3/5 star difficulty room (crazy cat lady). It was brilliant. Really good fun solving the puzzles and trying to complete within the time frame. The staff were so lovely and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Definitely going back again to try another room

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THE BEST ESCAPE ROOM EXPERIENCE EVER — 11/10 DOESN’T EVEN COVER IT I honestly don’t even know how to put into words how incredible this was, but I’m going to try because it deserves the BIGGEST shoutout. First of all — the escape room itself? ABSOLUTELY FAB. From the second we stepped inside, we were completely immersed. The detail, the atmosphere, the creativity… everything was next level. Every puzzle was so cleverly designed — challenging enough to make you think, but not so hard that you felt stuck. The way everything linked together was genius. Every time something clicked into place we were screaming, laughing, high-fiving — pure chaos in the best way. It was the perfect mix of brainpower, teamwork, panic, excitement, and those iconic “WAIT WAIT I’VE GOT IT!!!” moments. We were running around, piecing clues together, shouting across the room — honestly it was like being in our own game show. We laughed SO much. It wasn’t just an escape room, it was an experience. And now… we need to talk about KELLY. Because wow. What an absolute star of a human. Kelly completely made the experience what it was. She was so friendly, so kind, so welcoming — just pure positive energy from the moment we arrived. You can tell she genuinely cares about every single group that walks through the door. She didn’t just explain the rules and send us in — she hyped us up, made us feel excited, reassured us, had a laugh with us, and made us feel completely comfortable. When we finished (buzzing, slightly chaotic, and still arguing about who solved what 😂), she celebrated with us like we’d just broken a world record. That level of enthusiasm and warmth is so rare. It doesn’t feel like “just a business” — it feels like something she’s poured her heart into. The whole place runs so smoothly, the thought that’s gone into every detail is amazing, and the vibe is just unbeatable. It’s the kind of place you walk out of immediately saying, “When can we come back?!” If you’re even slightly considering booking — DO IT. Go with friends, family, work colleagues — whoever. You will laugh, you will bond, you will feel like geniuses, and you will leave talking about it for days. Kelly, you are an absolute legend. We’ve done 3 rooms here and they’re some of the best escape rooms we’ve done. (The only ones we haven’t done here we did the same room elsewhere and enjoyed it). Great room design - immersive and with great hosting - (Michelle and Andrew). We loved every room and are only sad there aren’t more to play there!
