Such a beautiful hidden gem

Sugar Loaf Beach, while it has its charm, may not meet the expectations of those seeking a picturesque, pristine shoreline. The beach itself is quite small, and its sands are not as fine or clean as those of more popular destinations. At times, litter can be an issue, and the surrounding area can feel a bit neglected.

Great place for a dog walk. Be careful though as it's incredibly slippery and dangerous on some of the rocks covered with sea weed and moss. Nice little walk from one lighthouse to the other though and cafes/shops.

Great for a walk with the dog. Beach can be a bit muddy near the water . It's rocks and pebbles which are all shapes and sizes with unusual patterns, rather than sand. You can walk the cliff path and get access to the beach in numerous places.

Great little pebble beach Quiet during the week and gets really busy on the weekend Parking available on the residential roads behind with footpaths leading down.
