Only the 2nd escape room we have tried - very poorly thought out, extremely shabby and host not enthusiastic at all, initial instructions contradicted what we had to do . Also it stank following an apparent flood and lots of noise filtered through from a kids party just outside the room - very poor in comparison to the other escape room we completed - do not recommend

Very poor escape room (Dungeon of Doom). The host was nice but didn't have much enthusiasm. There is no timer - you have to use your phone. There are a million locks and not much variation on clues or puzzles. The room felt poorly designed and needed some TLC. We went to The Strategy straight after because we were so disappointed with our experience. The Strategy was much much better (Theme of room was presented at a higher quality, clues and puzzles were more varied, there was more structure (clues followed a order and not just a load of locks of cupboards), better organisation, helpful host, photo opportunities, etc.). Do not waste your time and money at Clue HQ.

Rubbish escape rooms. Not well looked after and not very organised. I would not say it's child appropriate. A 26, 28, 12 and 10 year old struggled and none of the clues given (without asking) made sense. Half cameras weren't working or plugged in. Better escape rooms out there. Don't waste your money here. Staff member didn't seem as invested in the escape game as previous places. Can hear noises from outside the room which was distracting and there was no suspense music. Would rate 0 if I could.

Highly recommended, had a great time here with my family. We went for the room called "Bunker 38". Lots of puzzles to solve, really well done. We escaped with less than 2 minutes remaining!

Utterly fabulous! Visited as a family of 6 on a Groupon deal. An hour of total fun in the bunker. Couple of snags (not of our making!) but we still got out with 30 seconds to go! If you are worried about claustrophobia or anything like that- don't be! It's 3 room in total and the staff are contactable at all times.
