We are regular visitors, my boy loves the dinosaur themed soft play. Food range is great and the staff are always very helpful. The gate to soft play is great no more escaping boy for me. Only down side is the free pass trampoliners still have when they play in soft play with younger siblings or each other. The sign in soft play is great although don't think kids take any notice of it and their parents aren't that bothered either. Surely trampoline staff notice when half their kids are missing? Try looking in soft play and get them out.

Great experience, went on a Friday and the lady on reception was great. Wish I had known about the blue light option on the website before booking as missed out on that. The Park definitely has lots to do and the different areas are great for children for different skills. Definitely recommended

Friendly and efficient staff. Kids had a great time. 2 hour bounce well worth it! Onsite parking makes easy access. Cafe had good selection and friendly staff. Slushies to cool off too! Thanks Super Tramp!

First and foremost the kids had a great time and the staff were very helpful and attentive. As mentioned in other reviews it was unfortunately absolutely freezing sitting watching them. The coffee was also only luke warm and the mens toilets were disgusting. The urinal drains were literally just a pipe drilled into the soil pipe which in turn was just balanced on an offcut of pipe! Not fit for purpose🤮

We just had my Granddaughter's birthday party here. Could not be better. Excellent staff, obviously very busy, but they didn’t miss a beat. My granddaughter said it was her best ever party. Can’t recommend this venue highly enough. What an excellent afternoon. Our party had a lovely party organiser, I am so sorry that I can’t remember her name, she kept her eye on everything. Amazing. So,to however owns this business, please give your staff a pay rise, outstanding customer service.
