I went to Super Tramp for a kids birthday party and Sophia served me at the front desk. She was very helpful, knowledgable, and supportive throughout the entire process. No issue was too big, and when we had any questions, she would find the answers for us and let us know as soon as she could. She was absolutely great and the birthday party ended up being an absolute blast. Thank you!

A safe, family friendly place for kids to run around. Pizzas are always delicious. My son loves them. Its not often full. Sometimes it can be a bit quiet.

Lovely place for a party as my daughter goes trampolining there every week. All set up. Easy to navigate and chilled. Staff welcomed us and mentioned if we need anything to let them know. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The staff were not always around to ask questions so I had to go look for them. The place was freezing cold. The guests at the party complained how cold it was. My 3 month old baby was in a warm baby grow but his hands and feet were really cold and blue towards the end of the party. I had to run him to the car to put the heating on and warm him up. It was a really cold icy day. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

I wish I could remember the young lady on the reception desk as you walked in, she is a true credit to you. She was welcoming, polite, patient and so helpful. It was my first time with my 2 sons, 2 of their friends and my niece. My son and his 2 friends who have SEN needs. They felt safe and happy the whole time (which was my worry) and are still talking about their best day ever. I could see them from the cafe and they could see me which was fantastic. All the staff on site were so lovely. We can’t wait to come back

Our 8 year old daughter had a really good time here today. The staff are very friendly and there's a cafe you sit in so you can look down at your child bouncing. It was £10 for one hour which is a good price for what you get
