The customer service was good, they really look after you. The food was excellent, there was accessibility for my wheelchair (to the chaired section at the back of the lanes). The place was quite quiet which surprised me, the laser tag didn't seem to be open... but I am not sure. The car park was a bit steep at £6.20 for 4 hours, but I have been to worse. The bowling was great, they had barriers for us (we aren't great at bowling, but we always have a go!). The price was good. My only thing is that it was not obvious where the entrance was... and I wish there had been a ramp on both sides of the alleys. But other than that... we had a great time!

I am on hoilday we came to bowling as it was raining we got to our lane and I orderd drinks at our lane to have lane service the staff were stood just chatting not checking orders my husband then went up after waiting 20 mins to see were our drinks are the staff said sorry we didn't notice you orderd then brought drinks over. My husband then went up to a member of staff with bowling shoes to give them back she said what you want me to do with them just put them there RUDE!!! after our game I then orderd food with the qr code 33 minutes we waited for food staff again stood talking I then went up and said I orderd food other 30 mins ago I said I take it you haven't bothered to check as your all to busy talking if its not been done I want a refund I had my refund in cash and we left who ever owns this place I feel sorry for you as your staff are running it down to the ground your there to do a job its a big shame as a tourist its made me not want to return and I would not recommend

We had a great time as a large family.The 2 ladies on the desk 1 lady long Black hair and the other lady long blonde (Sorry ladies i didnt catch your names) were very busy tonight but always had a smile when serving customers.Great with the children.Nothing was to much trouble for them.Great team work,Great atmosphere with good music .5* Ladies Highly recommend going for a great time with the family or as a couple.

Wow, they know it’s the only bowling on island and charge you for that privilege too. £30 for two people, two games. Parking is an effort, unable to use app as it wants you to park for two days not two hours. Card payment didn’t work, so you need cash (£3.60 for two hours) then it’s £6 for 4 hours Drinks generally reasonable in fairness though Bowling is pretty standard if being generous, you do feel a bit of a burden to staff if having to ask for help Arcade isnt really worth attending, all machines ran out of the tickets children will collect for toys too (went at 2pm so not late either) 100% recommend booking, they have 16 lanes and all are busy. If you turn up without booking expect a minimum half hour wait, and possibly an hour.

Had a great time been a fair few years, nice to see it has been updated, clean and tidy, friendly staff, who gave us a good deal had 2 games and had a lot of fun. Nice way to spend a slightly damp day.
