Visited here today. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Ordered a pizza and had some beers along with a couple of games of bowling. The pizza was a touch pricey but tasty. Could do with more options too. Haven’t been to an arcade in a while and was surprised to see most of the games are still only a quid. So thumbs up there. Gotta say as well, Jamie and Jade were great, very professional and spent a while talking about the footie with them. Lewis T also was great. Very helpful and even brought out beers up to the bowling lanes. Overall, a great experience in a world where great customer service is getting harder to find. We’ll definitely be back.
Have been coming here for the last 4 years as a student. A lots of great fun. Staff are amazing and friendly, especially Lewis B, Jamie and Dylan!
I came for a weekend treat with the family and had a thoroughly good time. A fun few frames followed by a nice meal in the bar. We were served by a lovely young lady called Amy, who really went the extra mile for us. She was helpful and attentive, and could not have made us feel any more welcome. A credit to your business. Fantastic stuff, and we'll be back soon.
We frequently visit the Crazy Club soft play area and sometimes try out the bowling. The soft play is an area our child really enjoys coming to and allows them to run free and burn off energy which is needed considering they are neurodiverse. The entrance fee to the soft play is very reasonable in price and we never have to book in advance. Once in you can stay as long as you like, except when it is exceptionally busy then you may be limited to 2 hours (which we've never been). We regularly have staff member Sanga greet us although there are a range of staff members we see. The food menu recently changed and is typical for a soft play area, quite basic and not very healthy. Prices for the food are quite pricey for what you get, although isn't that the same everywhere you go now! I often go for jacket potato since it is less unhealthy than the burger/pizza options. It would be nice to have more healthy options and in particular more gluten free food options. The play area is a good space for children to run around, climb, slide and swing. There is a main assembled play area, then a 2 section toddler/younger child area with novel padded accessories. Based on entrance fee it is good value for money in a central location, compared to other soft play centres in Hull. Food is of the standard you'd expect for such a location.
We visited this soft play today while we were already in the arcades and the children wanted to give it a go. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing overall. Entry was very expensive, especially considering there are no prices displayed anywhere beforehand, so you don’t actually know what you’re being charged until you’ve paid. Once inside, the children were happy enough, but the soft play area itself is very small and certainly not worth the high entry price, especially as it appears to be one of the most expensive soft play areas around. We then ordered food and coffee, again with no prices displayed. The coffee ended up costing far more than expected, but without prices visible it’s impossible to know whether you’re being charged correctly. The food was poor quality and extremely overpriced. The children had sausage sandwiches, the bread was dry with no butter, and the sausages were very low quality. Most of it was left uneaten. My friend and I shared nachos, which were around £6.99. They came with a very small amount of cheese sauce, a few jalapeños, and two tiny tubs of sour cream and salsa. There were plenty of tortilla chips but nowhere near enough sauce to go with them. When we asked for extra sauce, we were told we would be charged, which felt unreasonable given how little was provided in the first place. Overall, it’s far too expensive for what is offered. The lack of clear pricing, small play area, and poor quality food make it very hard to recommend, especially for families.
