Marz was so friendly and welcoming! Nothing was too much trouble, they made our experience so easy and enjoyable. Such a lovely time with very friendly service, thank you so much!! :))

One of the most lovliest servers ever!! Mae was the first to ask if we needed drinks and make sure we were properly looked after!! Best server

We used the soft play and had a really fun time. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My son lost his toy rabbit and the staff went above and beyond to find it. The chips were very tasty too! Will definitely be returning again. Thank you!

Mike absolutely made our experience! From the moment we arrived, he was so welcoming, friendly and genuinely lovely. The service was exceptional - our drinks were always perfect, nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made us feel completely looked after the whole time. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only fantastic at their job but also such a genuinely warm and welcoming person. Mike has such a positive energy and honestly made the whole experience so much better. Easily one of the best experiences we’ve had thanks to him. A huge thank you, Mike - you are an absolute credit to the team, and we can’t wait to come back! 😊

So my partner and I came for a bowling session so I could polish my skills as a graceful loser. Superbowl is our usual pick for this as it's nice and central in the city and has good vibes. There wasn't much of a wait at all, we arrived after a entourage of hip kids but they were served seamlessly. This is the norm so we don't usually buy tickets in advance. We were served by Marz, who was lovely and friendly (and so stylish), kindly also giving us the toilet passcode in advance to make sure we were comfortable during our visit. It was a wonderful welcoming start to a great bowling session. I lost as usual. I swear I was graceful.
