Great city farm. Lovely coffee shop & of course tons of animals. Would recommend a big river walk too 🐑 🐄
Really lovely farm. The animals were adorable , especially the pigs , ponies, sheep, goats and cows. Very clean and with excellent facilities for visitors. The staff were also very friendly. Entry is free so please donate if you can to support them.
Had an absolutely wonderful time at Surrey Docks Farm today! The farm is incredibly well-maintained and clean, making it a joy to walk around. A massive thank you to Anthony and the rest of the team—they were so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. The animals are clearly well-loved and so adorable (the little one peeking out from the pocket made my day!). It’s a peaceful gem in the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great day out!
Good facilities and range of animals at Surry Docks farm. I saw Chickens, Cows, Goats, Pigs, Cows, Geese, Guinea Pigs, Rabbits, Ducks, Sheep, Foxes and Pigeons (last two were native not captive). The animals were well kept and seemed mostly content. You can buy food to give to them here and there are handwashing basins. It was moderately busy on a winter Sunday afternoon with plenty of space to move around. There is a cafe and toilets on site as well as a shop. Nice diversion for half an hour if you are walking the Thames path or could be a destination in itself if you want to linger longer.
I liked it. It was on my list for a while but it's not close to home so I had to plan it. I went on an autumn day. I liked the sheeps and goats (you can feed them), they all rush to you if you have food. The sheep costs were extremely fluffy. I also saw 10 piglets and a fat mother pig, ducks and geese, chickens, rabbits. It's not that big but you can walk all the way around. Hand-wash places, some toilets nearby, a small cafe (which gets crowded), and you can have parties here for kids. I saw medlar trees/fruits for the first time, they also have fruits and vegetables growing such as tomatoes, beetroots, apples, pears, chard.
