Lovely pool, great for children and adults, frothy jets in the small pool make it interesting, steps for safety. Lane swimming and general swimming in place. Showers good. Floors clean. Lockers £1 coin.

Very pleasant experience. Changing rooms are clean and staff are friendly. I am working on a knee issue and I was able to swim lengths at an easy pace on one side while my kids were in the main part of the pool next to me.

Signed my daughter up for swimming lessons when she was 3 months old was told an 8 week waiting list. Called after 6 months of waiting still on the list. Over a year later called for an update told she’s no where near the top of the list. I wish I was told the waiting list was that long I wouldn’t have signed her up. I took her off the list as I’m not waiting another year when there are other pools with no waiting list. Extremely disappointed we really wanted to support local but clearly that’s not an option. My advice to other parents is to go elsewhere, I wanted to get her swimming as soon as possible and that was taken from us. Good thing we take her for public swims.

Take my son here the facility’s are good the staff are Excelent ( mainly very young) despite their ages they seem focused and friendly. They speak respectfully with anyone disobeying the rules. No whistle blowing or shouting. Arm bands provided in small pool too. Best pool experience for miles. Keep up the good work A+

I have enjoyed using this facility for many years of swimming and Aquafit. However, I object strongly to female teachers from Riverside school entering the male changing rooms when showering and using the open toilets. This breaches the Equality Act (respect and dignity). I was assured that this would never happen after two previous occurrence's. How would females like this if men entered the female changing rooms? Totally unacceptable.
