It's okay. For 3 hours, it's around £3. You can't swim in the reservoir, neither can the dogs. Dogs must be kept on the lead at all times. There's also not many ways to get onto the reservoir. Feels like all you can do is look at it from a distance. No need to spend more than 1 hour here. The only saving grace for me is the cafe. Lovely food, reasonably priced and it has a lovely view.

Brilliant hour canoeing on the lake!! Saw 3 cormorants close up and a mother duck waiting for her 8 ducklings that slid into the water from the bank in front of us. Beautifully quiet strongly recommend

Would be 5 stars if not for the Ringo Car Park card or app only option. Always a lovely walk in well maintained grounds and flat level paths. Could do with some picnic benches or more places to rest around the lakes. Toilets were clean and tidy. Carpark was also clean and well maintained.

Three and a half mile walk around the lake is beautiful. Benches at various points en route. Cafe serves breakfast lunch homemade cakes and ice-cream. Very tasty giant filled rolls. Water sports looked fun but we didnt try it.

Great stay at the campsite, it was very quiet and there was loads of space. The facilities were clean and had a code. Husband tried the paddle boarding and really enjoyed it. Nice walks around the lake and across the dam.
