Great venue, but karting experience and timing need work Booked the short karting session advertised as 30 minutes — structured as 1 session per 15 minutes — but this wasn’t what I got. There were constant stops and red signals due to incidents, which I completely understand for safety, but no extra time was added to make up for it. I ended up actually driving for only around 15 minutes, the rest spent standing still. Also, it didn’t feel like a proper race at all: they just did a brake test, then sent everyone out one‑by‑one, and after that you just keep lapping endlessly. There was no start flag or official start procedure, only a signal when they decided to finish. On top of that, the leaderboard results were completely wrong and inaccurate. On the plus side, the venue itself is awesome, loads going on with bowling, pool room and a bar, facilities were spotlessly clean, and every staff member was lovely and ready to help. Big thanks especially to Shauna Walsh, who sorted my issue out quickly over email really grateful for the help. Fun place overall, but they really need to fix the timing, racing format and leaderboard accuracy so you get exactly what you pay for.

I booked a go-karting party at TeamSport both Junior and Malachy at the venue were exceptional and made the day truly memorable. The kids had a fantastic time. Highly recommend for any go-karting celebration. Thanks Arlene

We had a great time! The lady who helped us get ready for the go karting (I forgot her name but I think it was lean?) was so lovely and really enthusiastic! I found the steering very heavy on the cars and so keep that in mind it needs a bit of strength. But it was great fun and it was just an easy but thrilling afternoon out! We had no trouble checking in at all. The bowling looks good too! The only issue we had is that it looks like it's in the red car park as the sign is above it when you drive into Brent Cross but it is actually in the blue car park level 4. There are pool tables and a few arcade games too. Great place to hang out with friends, I think people don't really know about it so much yet!

Visited TeamSport Karting on opening weekend and it didn’t feel like a typical first weekend at all. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly. The staff were excellent—really welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we checked in through to the safety briefing. They made sure everything was clear and kept the atmosphere relaxed but professional. The track itself was great fun, well laid out, and perfect for both beginners and more experienced drivers. Nabila was extremely helpful along with the others. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun day out.

Impressive venue and great staff but problems with the actual karting and logistics. It was day 1, so nothing could be absolutely perfect. However, the track area is insanely hot with no ventilation at all. The karts struggled in the heat, losing power a few minutes into our sessions. In my second session I got a kart that was significantly slower than the others for the entire session. In my third season I followed another driver in a kart that was also significantly down on power compared to the others. It really kills any enjoyment when it's pot luck whether you get a kart that's right or one that's almost dead. The track is very tight, not a lot of fun and I would hate to imagine an actual race on it. The biggest complaint was that our final season got cut short because the shopping centre was about to close. That's unacceptable, the sesion times should be scheduled with plenty of buffer around the venue closing time. To lose 33% of a session due to a simple plannig mistake is poor and should warrant some form of refund. Everyone in my sessions were members from other tracks and none of us plan to return to Brent Cross after that experience.
