An Outstanding Experience at Tenpin – Perfect for Families and Groups! I recently visited Tenpin for a much-needed afternoon of entertainment, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in almost every department. From the moment we walked through the doors, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, striking that perfect balance between high-energy fun and a relaxed environment where you can actually enjoy a conversation between frames. The booking process was the first thing that impressed me. I used the mobile app to secure our lane, and it was incredibly intuitive. It allowed me to see real-time availability, choose our preferred slot, and pay in advance, which meant we could bypass the main queue at the front desk and get straight to the action. For anyone who hates waiting around, this is a massive plus. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and efficient. They had our shoes ready and directed us to a lane that was clean and clearly well-maintained. Unlike some other bowling alleys I’ve visited in the past, the machinery here was flawless—no stuck pins or technical glitches to interrupt our game. The scoring system is also very modern and easy to read, adding a nice competitive edge to the session. Between games, we sampled some of the food and drinks. The menu offers a great variety of classic bowling alley fare, but the quality was much higher than the standard "fast food" expectations. The burgers were juicy, and the sharing platters were generous and fresh. The bar area is also well-stocked with a good selection of soft drinks and alcoholic options, making it a great spot to hang out even if you aren’t bowling. Overall, Tenpin provides a fantastic, rounded experience. Whether you are bringing the kids for a birthday treat or heading out with a group of friends for some evening competition, it delivers great value for money. The cleanliness, the modern technology, and the top-tier customer service make it my go-to choice for bowling. I’ll definitely be returning soon

Visited Tenpin today with my friends and Josh and Caitlyn were a huge help! Caitlyn made me feel extremely welcome when serving me and Josh was extremely helpful when I was trying to figure out how to use my tickets!! Huge Appreciation to those 2. Thank you! Will be visiting again

Fun bowling but was asked by staff to sit by our lane and wait for another party to finish their game. 5 mins after sitting down security told us we had to leave because “we haven’t ordered anything”. Not great communication between staff

Customer service absolutely shocking. I went today whilst at work (care) . Short changed by £10 which was not my money. Employee claimed i was wrong and she was right. She gave me dirty disgusting looks basically telling her colleague in front of me “you need to cover me now because my heart rate is going” whilst glaring at me. Manager nowhere to be seen. Just to add she had pressed £20 on her own till which the order came to £9.50.. so do the maths.. £10.50 change right... Yet she was still claiming I’m wrong she’s right. Manager nowhere to be seen for a good 20 minutes. Had to cash the till up when he eventually came. Guess what the customer was right after all! Place was absolutely filthy too and no cares were obviously given by employee or management. Photos will be added of just the small section I saw!! Will not be returning again especially when I’m with clients that have autism and learning difficulties! If I could give 0 stars, I would! Also everyone makes mistakes, I’m all for that but her rudeness was completely unacceptable!

Went here a few weeks ago and we absolutely loved it. A little pricey but you pay for what you got. Lovely little touch with your photo being up on the board. Overall we had a lovely evening and will be visiting again :-)
