We precooked tickets expecting it to be super busy as its currently school holidays but it was almost empty. We were seen straight away and all was fine. But on the walk to the bowling lanes there was rubbish, half eaten food and empty glasses on lots of empty tables, on the floor, and every table by the lanes that were in use were covered the same, the staff clearly had not been out to clear up for hours. Which was strange as it was almost empty 🤔 didn't love our experience except the bowling was all ok and the kids had fun

Visited with my family and overall a very nice experience a nice vibe as you walked in staff are friendly the bowling lane was actually in good condition Visited other bowling places what have had alot worse Everything was clean and tidy Balls overall a nice selection and in good condition as well We ordered the kids some chips i would say they were a little soggy did not seemed cooked but I do understand they need to get the food out quick Lots of seating A very nice bar Pool 🎱 tables and a little arcade Also has laser tag what we did not try but probably would of if we had the time Will vistit again

Overall the place is well taken care off clean. It has a lot of potential. Seemed understaffed. We've had a great experience,but the arcades area could be a bit improved,with free withdrawal cash machine that's also digital and let's you get cash with contactless,no 2p machines means less fun as the only coin push ones were the 10p. More machines with more than on ego would be nice,greedy is not always great way to get busines going. Staff is very lovely , although can tell they are a bit stressed,as there isn't enough of them . Saying all of this,we will be back😌

Oh my goodness this place is unbelievably loud!!! I mean LOUD! It was weekend, there was a small kids party at one end, but this wasn't the noise it was the music and the congratulation announcements. It's insane, I am noise sensitive and could only stay due to my noise cancelling devices, but it was pretty unbearable even using them. Queue at the bar and booking in, as not enough staff. Drinks were a fair price. The bowls were not suited to broad/big digits. There was only one which a member of our part could use and really it was too heavy for him, hus thumb repeatedly got stuck and yes we hunted the other lanes. The people next door to us were sharing one lighter bowl with us, meaning lots of waiting. I guess the kids' party got priority, but it spoilt our visit. The on screen photo was a nice touch. New to me is keeping your own shoes on, I liked this. £8 for an hour of pool seemed pricy. Air hockey was a fair price.

Fun time, star removed because the place is undergoing refurbishment and is a bit of a mess right now, carpets covered in sticky protective plastic which is a bit slippery, think they should’ve just closed until refurb done. Otherwise we had a fun time, bowling had no issues, played pool too, hire by the hour which was reasonable.
