Great new look to the place. Much more to do there now. Nice new bowling alleys . Air hockey and pool tables. A soft play area and arcade machines. We had a great time. Honesty works for the good and the bad though. The service was slow and we did not receive everything we paid for, the food was average being generous. Adult meals were like children’s snacks. Staff levels appeared low which may have contributed to the missed food and slow service. We will go again but we definitely would not eat there.

Visited with family today. A really positive experience. We didn't prebook, just turned up and all was fine. Really friendly and helpful staff. Stayed for food and drinks which were good quality. Lots of activities to choose from - really good facilities, including the loos! Had a good time and would return in the future.

Nice refurb. When I was waiting at the bar I got aggressively shouted at by an older man, geared up to the teeth, no reason. He then kept shouting while in the queue being super obnoxious. What I thought was the manager told him to come over and he just skipped the queue got his drinks and he continued the abuse towards my friend and I mocking us. This was within the first minute of entering the property. Pretty horrendous experience. Surprised the bar manager couldn’t tell he was off his face, eyes popping out his sockets, jaw swinging never mind the shouting and abuse we received. My friend suggested he was staff, hence the special service. Either way it’s unacceptable to let people do drugs and be gurning at a venue where there are kids. This guy when he got back to his FAMILY was surrounded by children. Really weird situation, I wouldn’t bring my kids here.

I went for my birthday with me friend on the 3rd of April and i had enjoyed myself and so did my friend I had enjoyed my experience here by playing two rounds of bowling and the arcades it was busy on that day and found the staff friendly I even had my large pint of Pepsi max and was nice and refreshing but had lots of options to do like laser tag, karaoke, kids play area, darts, but what was nice when me and my friend gone in on how it was changed and different and was nicely done. the staff was helpful kind but the busiest times was Sunday. You would have to go down early if you want to book for the bowling. Me and friend had so much fun doing the arcade games. I recommend for if families come down for the holidays as they can see the options and have a nice holiday. But for also parents who are on holiday to be able to sit down and have a drink whilst children are in the soft play. I would come back again :)

We had a great time, but the value for money was a bit low. The two games we booked were over quite quickly. I’d say it’s worth a visit if you have five or more players.
